Pilates is a wonderful way to help improve physical fitness with balance, flexibility and muscle strength exercises, as well as helping to protect against musculoskeletal injuries like back pain and pelvic girdle dysfunction, which can occur due to hormonal changes and the growing baby. We address postural changes and pelvic floor muscle exercises too, not forgetting relaxation exercises with breathwork and stretches to aid well-being!
